I feel that exercise should be a part of everyone’s life. There are countless benefits to exercise but one core element that it will help with is building mental toughness. Not only has it made me more energetic and healthier (no shit) but the discipline it has given me is second to none. I wish to build just that, if not more attributes into my clients.

Exercise is not the be all end all of everything but it damn sure sweats your demons out and makes you a more balanced person. Having this habit is 100% guaranteed to positively impact other areas of your life.
